Independence2, LLC was born from the idea that support for the Distributor within the supply chain is the main stay of the Discretionary Hardware Market.  Independence2, LLC was founded by Ronald P. Baldine, whose vision was to populate a new enterprise with a select and very talented group of people, who will by way of their shared ownership of the company, be highly motivated toward the on-going success of the organization and its customers. The selected individual employees as future vested owners each bring to the table very specialized talents in a variety of areas including; business operations, marketing, law, finance and specialized hollow metal and hardware industry sales.

Independence2, LLC plans to continue to utilize the established relationships that Mr. Baldine has developed over his eighteen (18) years within the Hollow Metal and Hardware Industry, which consists of many of the leading architectural door hardware distributors.  By drawing upon these existing distribution channels and affiliate industry relationships, while maintaining a continued focus and core value that the distributor sales channel business is the vital link within the Hollow Metal and Hardware Industry, Independence2, LLC  focuses on tapping into a generally neglected area of the Hollow Metal and Discretionary Hardware Market. 

Since the Distributor serves the product end-user/customer in a variety of capacities that makes the Distributor essential to the frequent or large quantity purchasing end-user, without a continued Distributor relationship, and the continued development of that vital link in the supply chain, along with a distribution channel focus, a Hollow Metal or Door Hardware company will not be able to realize its full revenue potential, nor will the end user benefit by being fully serviced within the contract hardware arena.  Mr. Baldine's understanding of the Door and Hardware Industry and his vision of closely partnering with the Distributors within the Distributor Supply Chain Channel, is the guiding force behind Independence2, LLC.  Historically this has been proven the case, as existing Hollow Metal and Hardware companies now face a continued decrease in revenue in direct correlation to ever-increasing customer dissatisfaction levels and has resulted in lower sales and lower gross profit margins for the Distributor, and in turn, Hollow Metal and Hardware companies as they exist presently. 

However, Independence2, LLC will satisfy this niche market by offering fighter brand products which will be sold on the basis of price and deliverability, without regard to their origin of manufacture, allowing for a greater Distributor ROI.  At the same time, Independence2, LLC will also focus on providing superior levels of customer satisfaction through a customer concentric business focus centered upon a greater ‘ease of doing business’ level of ‘brand experience’ during each interaction with the Customer/Distributor.

Independence2, LLC will offer a wide range of fighter brand architectural hardware products to the Openings Market.  These products include mortise and cylindrical locks, egress exit devices, door closers, hinges, panic devices and biomechanical security products aimed at inclusion in the ‘Total Opening Package’ sold to commercial and institutional buildings through the Distribution Sales Channel.
