"The single most important thing to remember about any enterprise is that there are no real results inside its walls. The result of a business is a satisfied customer."
- Peter Drucker
I am writing to you today to update you on my personal status and future intentions resulting from the recent shifts and changes at W.W. Holdings, LLC and Amweld Building Products, LLC. As you are aware, my last day of employment within the W.W. Holdings, LLC and Amweld Building Products, LLC companies was on Friday, January 7, 2005.
With its new ownership and administration, W.W.H. chose to inform me that they no longer had use for my talents within their organization. Amweld then offered me a position, which was not acceptable for a multitude of reasons. I certainly wish both W.W.H. and Amweld along with their Affiliate Distribution Companies the very best.
To keep revenue flowing and medical benefits active, I found it necessary to sign an agreement that directs me, "Not to Solicit Business", from fourteen (14) specifically names accounts for a period of six (6) months, ending July 8, 2005. Obviously, you are among those top 14 Amweld accounts and are a highly respected, personal friend of mine.
However, nothing stops me from calling you as I have in the past, just to see how you or your family is doing. Nor, is there anything stopping you from contacting me via telephone or e-mail, as friends would normally do. In the meantime, never forget that your business is the mainstay of this industry. Your distributor business is the vital link that serves the end user.
Sincerely,
